“Le Cookie”

A new cookie shop has opened near the emblematic “Capitole” in Toulouse. Let me introduce you to DeVilmar.

Their concept? Selling the best cookie ever made as you will only find one type of these delicious baked goods:

 “A chocolate cookie hiding a white chocolate melted heart and chunks of milk chocolate all over… Crunchy on the outside and deliciously melted on the inside. “

I know what you are thinking, and yes, for DeVilmar the best cookie is made out of a combination of 3 types of valrhona´s chocolate.

Personally, as a classical cookie lover, I don´t know if this recipe is the best but it has reconciled me with the chocolate cookies… I´m already looking forward to the next time I'll bite into another one!
